The Pampered Pet Hotel & Grooming Spa lobby closes early or will be closed for drop-off and pick-up a few days per year. To ensure availability, it is recommended that reservations be made well in advance. Please refer to the below calendar for accurate pricing and scheduling for your overnight stay:

February 14-17, 2026	+ 10% on base rate
April 17-23, 2026	+10% on base rate
May 23-29, 2026	+ 10% on base rate
June 12- August 30, 2026	+ 10% on base rate
August 29- September 4, 2026	+ 10% on base rate
November 24-30, 2026	+ 10% on base rate
December 18, 2026 - January 4, 2027	+ 10% on base rate

 

We offer a discount on the rate for each additional dog boarding in the same suite. We offer select suites which adjoin together. In such case, the first pet in each suite is charged 100% and then the multiple family members discounts apply thereafter.

To ensure quality service, boarding reservations can only be guaranteed with an advance credit card deposit at the time of booking.

Payment for all accommodations and services reserved will be paid for at time of check-in. Any credits for accommodations or services not used will be applied upon check-out.

The Pampered Pet Hotel & Spa accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We do not accept checks.
