Our goal is to make your pet feel right at home. Boarding your dog at a familiar Woodland Hills location with familiar faces and smells makes all the difference in how they feel while you're away — and our webcams mean you never really have to say goodbye.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, Saturday 9:00am–3:00pm, closed Sunday. Additional fees may apply outside designated check-in hours — call us to arrange accommodations.
Check-out: by 12:00pm. After 12pm, a $25 day-boarding fee applies — waived if your dog is scheduled for grooming or day camp on checkout day (a popular option: they get a bath while they wait for you).
Note: dogs must be signed up for a playtime activity on alternating days of their stay.
Holiday Boarding
Holiday stays include a modest rate increase (maximum 10%) per night per dog to cover additional staffing. Our lobby is closed for arrivals and departures on: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Boarding FAQs — What to Bring & How It Works
What should I pack for my dog's boarding stay?
Bring your dog's own food, individually bagged per meal — this keeps portions accurate and stomachs happy. Pack extra meals just in case. Treats and a few favorite toys are welcome. We don't accept raw food, rawhide chews, or bully sticks. Emergency house food (Fresh Pet) is available at an additional charge.
Can you give my dog medication?
Yes — we administer oral, topical, and optical medications for $10/day. Bring your pill pockets, peanut butter, or whatever you normally use. We do not administer injections.
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella must be current and on file at check-in, plus a completed boarding evaluation. Email us a photo of your records or have your vet send them ahead of time — service will be refused without current vaccines.
What's the difference between social and non-social boarding?
Social dogs join our doggie day camp FREE every day of their stay — playtime, socializing, and supervision all day. Non-social dogs receive four individual walks daily instead, plus optional extra 10-minute walks for $10. Every dog gets daily potty walks regardless.
Can I watch my dog while I'm away?
Yes — our Private and Presidential Suites include 24/7 live camera access to your dog's room, and daycare has two live webcams. Check in on your pup any time, from anywhere.
